One of the biggest struggles of a simple day can be  “What am I going to wear today?!.”
Your closet can be FULL of endless options but nothing seems quite right. This is also one of the most overwhelming factors for my Empowerment Session clients.
We have been made to think that boudoir needs to be sexy, it needs to have the “less is more factor” and while this mindset is TOTALLY acceptable during an Empowerment Sessions, it is by no means a REQUIREMENT.

If I were to ask you today “What do you feel the MOST sexy in” what would you say?
Your favorite dress? Your favorite matching pajama set? Maybe you feel most comfortable in your favorite overworn band tee from the best concert you have ever been to
ANY of those options would be acceptable to wear to an Empowerment Session with me.

We do love to add just a LITTLE bit of spice. 

Let me give you an example. Let’s circle back  to the favorite band tee above.  It might be tattered, a little worn, but the memories of that night are exhilarating and empowering to you. So, let’s take that t-shirt and add a cheeky little pair of your favorite underwear, we can even knot it in a cute little way for a little extra added fun. I want to embrace what it is about that shirt that you love and tell the story of WHY it makes you feel empowered. We can laugh our way through the memories of that night and you’ll have that little memento of that shirt for MANY more years to come. . 

A woman should feel her absolute sexiest and most empowered when she is in her element of being comfortable.

Right? Your outfit selection doesn’t have to be extreme and it doesn’t have to be Playboy model centerfold type style either.
Empowerment Sessions are all about capturing you in your element. Capturing you in your most beautiful moments, not in your most beautiful clothes.

If a woman does want to approach an empowerment session with a more lingerie style approach,, I ALWAYS recommend a bodysuit and lace. Those two items look good and classically sexy on anybody and any body type.

THERE ARE SO MANY ENDLESS options as to what you can wear to an Empowerment Session with me. This is something we discuss at length during your consultation call and a topic I don’t allow us to cut corners on until you are absolutely comfortable and confident in the outfit choices that you have chosen. 

Remember that while usually an outfit can make the look, it is only 20% of an empowerment session. Add in your professionally styled hair and your flawlessly airbrushed makeup. Add in your favorite jams to shake your booty too and the ability to just ENJOY the experience.
