I’m a wife and mom of two adorable kids but most importantly, I’m an empowerment photographer who specializes in making you feel beautiful. Boudoir photography can be incredibly inspiring but too often it comes with a plethora of restrictions and “must-wear” tips. My approach is wholly different: my goal is to help you build or rediscover your confidence through a fun photography session that showcases your personality and the gorgeous body it’s wrapped into. Not feeling your sexiest in skimpy lingerie? Not a problem! I fully believe it’s you that makes the clothes sexy and not the other way around. There’s honestly nothing more gorgeous than a smiling woman who feels happy and comfortable in her own skin. That’s exactly the type of boudoir photography I specialize in.
The boudoir industry makes you think you need to wear skimpy lingerie and have the model looks or you’re simply not good enough for a shoot. But it’s not the clothes that make you the gorgeous, sexy, confident woman you are—it’s the other way around. After my own experience with boudoir photography, I decided I was going to rebrand my whole business into ‘empowerment photography’. My goal today is to bring out your confidence and ensure you leave my studio glowing, happy, and with boosted self-esteem. Whether you feel sexiest in a pair of lace undies or cozy loungewear, I will work with you to create a safe space where size and clothes don’t matter and where you can truly enjoy your boudoir photography experience.
I’ve always been drawn to photography. My journey behind the camera began 12 years ago and I now exclusively photograph boudoir photos. It was during my very first boudoir session that I knew this is what I want to do with my life. I've dedicated my time to further hone my photography skills—understand how lighting and posing work in seamless harmony to showcase the human body—in order to empower my clients through photos. I simply love the transformation that occurs during each and every boudoir session! I’ve had clients walk in timid and nervous and leave glowing and on top of their world and let me tell you, there’s no better feeling than that.
Because my primary goal is making you feel comfortable and confident, I actually swapped my place behind the lens for one right in front of it—yes, I did a boudoir shoot of my own. I went dressed to the nines, the way you’re supposed to go to a boudoir session, lingerie, fake nails, sky-high heels, and glam make-up, but… It didn’t feel like me. I felt so uncomfortable the entire time.
